I was recently out of state and had a problem with a furnace in Staples. I called Giza and asked them to check it out. They responded right away. The fixed the problem the same day. Parts $43.40 and labor $80.00. I would recommend Giza.
I don't know how these people are still in business. I asked them if they had a simple fitting and after 6 hours of waiting for a phone call back I had to call them again and wait for phone call back again. Just to tell me they don't have it.( which I know they have because my house was plumped by them) the worst customer service I have ever seen...
